Stamping
At ESPE Manufacturing Co., Inc. we are a technical authority in the production of stamped parts made from electrical insulation and barrier materials such as ITW Formex®, ITW Statex®, and Nomex® as well as Fishpaper and vulcanized fiber. Our capabilities don’t end there – we also stamp parts from other non-metal materials, including a broad range of specialty polymers, aramid papers, and more. Using a variety of stamping methods, including compound die, progressive die, and punch press operations, we manufacture products such as washers, arc chutes, and other insulators in prototype to production quantities. With our inventory of thousands of washer die sets, we can save you money by avoiding the need to build custom tooling.

Our stamping proficiency enables us to punch from continuous strip and coil stock measuring from 0.005″ up to 0.250″ in thickness. With our robust, quality-driven processes, we uphold close manufacturing tolerances per your specification. We operate a large stamping department with presses rated at up to 40-tons for forming small parts of any geometric complexity. Our tooling specialists maintain our dies in perfect condition to ensure each part is accurate and identical with no variation in dimension or tolerances. Along with prototype stampings and short run stampings, we provide high volume production quantities with fast turnaround services.
As a leading supplier of stamped products to the electrical insulation market, we have a knowledgeable staff and the production assets to consistently produce parts that exceed customer expectations. Contact us directly to learn more about our stamping capabilities or request a quote.
